#infectedWithBMICVirus को भारत में फ़ैलाने का शैर्य Sonam Wangchuk को जाता है। जो पेशे से इंजिनियर,शिक्षाविद, समाज सुधारक है।

Sonam Wangchuk ने हाल के दिनों में Boycott made in China मुहीम चलायी थी, जिसे उन्होंने BMIC Virus नाम दिया है।

BMIC virus से अब तक कुल 20 लाख से ज्यादा भारतीय प्रभावित हुए है जो अपने स्मार्ट फ़ोन से चीनी एप्प्स को डिलीट कर चुके है।

BMIC virus अब भारत सहित अमेरिका, ऑस्टेलिया, और यूरोप के देशों को भी प्रभावित कर रहा, इसकी मुख्य वजह चीनी एप्प्स द्वारा डाटा चोरी होने का डर बताया जा रहा।

भारत सहित अमेरिका, ऑस्टेलिया और यूरोप के देश भी अब Boycott made in China का हिस्सा बनते जा रहे।

यु तो चीन अपने विस्तारवाद नीति के तहत, भारत सहित ताइवान, हांगकांग, साउथ चाइना सी, में अपनी दादागिरी दिखाने से बाज नहीं आ रहा।

जब पूरी दुनिया कोरोना महामारी से जंग लड़ रही, ऐसे समय मानवरक्षा के लिए चीन को दुनिया के साथ खड़ा रहना था, परन्तु ऐसे समय में अशांति पैदा कर चीन ने साबित कर दिया है कि वो अपने विस्तावाद नीति को ऐसे ही जारी रखेगा।

मैं आपको याद दिला दू जब ब्रिटिश सरकार ने भारत में 13 अप्रैल 1919 जलियांवाला बाग कांड किया, उसमे हजारों क्रांतिकारियों को अपनी जान गवानी पड़ी। उसी दरमियान रौलट एक्ट 1919 पास कर दिया गया, जिसके तहत अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता जैसे मौलिक अधिकारों पर अंकुश लगा दिया गया।

महात्मा गांधी के आवाह्न पर ‘असहयोग आंदोलन” चलाया गया जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य ब्रिटिश वस्तुओं का त्याग और स्वदेशी को बढ़ावा देना था।

दुनिया के सभी देश #infectedWithBMIC virus मुहीम के साथ जुड़े और चीन के विस्तार वादीनीति पर break लगाये।

At a time when the whole world was fighting the Corona epidemic, China had to stand with the world for human rights, but by creating unrest at such a time, China has proved that it will continue its disinformation policy.

Let me remind you that when the British Government committed the Jallianwala Bagh scandal in India on 13 April 1919, thousands of revolutionaries lost their lives. In the meantime, the Rowlatt Act 1919 was passed, under which fundamental rights like freedom of expression were curbed.

भारत के नागरिकों की समस्याओं उनके समाधान तथा उनके नागरिक अधिकारों के प्रति उन्हें जागरूक करने के लिए सदैव तत्पर है।

ऑनर किलिंग भारत में एक बड़ी समस्या बनकर उभरी है आमतौर पर हम ऑनर किलिंग को यू परिभाषित कर सकते है “परिवार के किसी सदस्य विशेष रूप से महिला सदस्य की उसके सगे संबंधियों द्वारा होने वाली हत्या को ऑनर किलिंग कहा जाता है। ये प्रायः परिवार और समाज की प्रतिष्ठा के नाम पर की जाती है।”

हाल ही में मैंने अपने दोस्तों से ऑनर किलिंग पर चर्चा की। जिनकी उम्र 18 से 28 वर्ष की है।

जब मैंने उनसे  जीवन साथी चयन करने से सम्बंधित कुछ सवाल किए तो उनमें से 80% का जवाब ये था कि  उनके जीवन साथी का चयन उनके माता पिता करेगे।

सिर्फ 20 % ने ही खुद से जीवन साथी चयन करने की बात स्वीकार की।

आंकड़े चोंकाने वाले थे तो मैंने उन्हें भारतीय संविधान द्वारा दिए गए नागरिक अधिकारों को उन्हें समझाने की कोशिश की।

यु तो भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 14, 15, 19 और 21 के तहत भारत के समस्त नागरिक को समानता का अधिकार, नागरिकों के साथ जाति, धर्म, और लिंग के आधार पर भेदभाव न करना , समस्त नागरिकों को अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता तथा नागरिकों को गरिमा के साथ जीवन जीने की स्वतन्त्रा प्रदान करता है।

संवेक्षण में यह बात सामने आयी की कुछ जोड़े जो आपस में एक दूसरे से बोहोत प्यार करते थे, सिर्फ इसलिए  शादी नहीं की क्योकि उनकी जाति और धर्म अलग थे, और अगर वो शादी कर भी लेते तो उन्हें अपने ही परिवार वालों से खतरा महसूस होने का डर था।

प्रिवेंशन ऑफ क्राइम इन द नेम ऑफ ऑनर बिल, 2010:

इस बिल में यह प्रावधान किया गया है, व्यस्क व्यक्तियों द्वारा लिए गए विवाह के निर्णय का विरोध माता पिता और खाप पंचायत द्वारा करना पूर्णता अवैध माना जायेगा।

ऑनर किलिंग मानवाधिकारों के उल्लंघन के साथ- साथ अनुच्छेद 21  के अनुसार गरिमा के साथ जीने के अधिकार का उल्लंघन भी है।

यह देश में सहानुभूति, प्रेम, करुणा, सहनशीलता जैसे गुणों के अभाव को और बढ़ाने का कार्य करता है।

विभिन्न समुदायों के बीच राष्ट्रीय एकता, सहयोग आदि की धारणा को बढ़ावा देने के लिये एक बाधक का कार्य करता है।

आज मैंने अपने जीवन के सबसे खूबसूरत पल को जिया, दिन की शुरुआत योग से हुयी, काफी दिनों बाद पापा के साथ चाय पीने का मौका मिला, साथ ही आज मैंने मेरे मन को जो गीत पसंद है उन्हें भी मैंने खूब गया।

आज का दिन मेरे लिए ऊर्जा से भरा हुआ था,मैं बहुत खुश हूँ। आप जानते है हम तेज़ी से भागती अपनी जिंदगी में थोड़ा पास से देखे तो ये दिन हमें आत्मचिंतन करने को कहते है, और हमें कहते है आप खुद में झांक कर देखों क्या वाकई आप खुश हो, अंदर से जवाब आएगा नहीं।

आज हम तनाव में डूबते जा रहे, हम सब की अलग अलग समस्या हो सकती है। मगर हम सब का तनाव दूर करने का एक ही मार्ग हो सकता है। यदि हम नित्य प्रातः काल योग करे, ज्ञान रूपी पुंज को जानने की कोशिश करे, अपने परिवार के साथ समय बिताये और अपने पसंद के गाने गाये।

#public issue “hello life” 2020 दुनिया में बढ़ रहे हिंसा,नस्लभेद,अत्यचार, का हम विरोध करते है, और हम बात करगें ऐसे व्यक्त्वि की जिन्होंने मानवता की रक्षा की और हमारी इस दुनिया को और भी सुन्दर बनाया।

19वीं सदी के अन्त में,भारत में जन्मे युग पुरुष महात्मा गाँधी का जन्म 2 oct 1869 ई को गुजरात के एक तटीय शहर पोरबंदर में हुआ था। मोहनदास करमचंद गाँधी को महात्मा की उपाधि गुरुदेव रबिन्द्र नाथ टैगोर ने दी, अपने नागरिक अधिकारों के नेतृत्व के लिये जाने जाते है। वह ब्रिटिश शासित भारत में भारतीय स्वतन्त्रा आंदोलन के नेता थे,हालांकि 1948 में उनकी हत्या कर दी गई,लेकिन शांति को बढ़ावा देने के लिये उनके वर्षों के सविनय अवज्ञा ने martin luthar king, junior और nelson mandela सहित कई अन्य नेताओं को प्रभावित किया।

31 मई 1893 को, गांधीजी प्रिटोरिया के रास्ते में थे, एक श्वेत व्यक्ति ने प्रथम श्रेणी की गाड़ी में उनकी उपस्थिति पर आपत्ति जताई, और उन्हें ट्रेन के अंत में वैन के डिब्बे में जाने का आदेश दिया गया। गांधीजी, जिनके पास प्रथम श्रेणी का टिकट था, ने इनकार कर दिया और इसलिए उन्हें पीटरमैरिट्जबर्ग में ट्रेन से फेंक दिया गया। स्टेशन के वेटिंग रूम में सर्दियों की रात से कांपते हुए, बापू ने दक्षिण अफ्रीका में रहने और भारतीयों और अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ नस्लीय भेदभाव से लड़ने का महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया। उस संघर्ष में से अहिंसक प्रतिरोध का उनका अनूठा संस्करण उभरा, “सत्याग्रह”। आज, गांधीजी की एक कांस्य प्रतिमा सिटी सेंटर में चर्च स्ट्रीट पर स्थित है।

30 jan, 1948  को जब गांधीजी की हत्या हुई और पूरी दुनिया में शोक की लहर फैल गई, तो आइंस्टीन भी विचलित हुए बिना नहीं रहे थे, 11 feb,1948 को वाशिंगटन में आयोजित एक स्मृति सभा को भेजे संदेश में आइंस्टीन ने कहा, ‘वे सभी  लोग जो मानव जाति के बेहतर भविष्य के लिए चिंतित हैं, वे गांधी की  दुखद मृत्यु से अवश्य ही बहुत अधिक विचलित हुए होंगे.अपने ही सिद्धांत यानि अहिंसा के सिद्धांत का शिकार होकर उनकी मृत्यु हुई. उनकी मृत्यु इसलिये हुई की देश में फैली अव्यवस्था और अशांति के दौर में भी उन्होंने किसी भी तरह की निजी हथियारबंद सुरक्षा लेने से इनकार कर दिया. यह उनका दृढ़ विश्वास था कि बल का प्रयोग अपने आप में एक बुराई है, और जो लोग पूर्ण शांति के लिए प्रयास करते है, उन्हें इसका त्याग करना ही चाहिए. अपनी पूरी जिंदगी उन्होंने अपने इसी विश्वास को समर्पित कर दी और अपने दिल और मन में इसी विश्वास को धारण कर उन्होंने एक महान राष्ट्र को उसकी मुक्ति के मुकाम तक  पहुँचाया. उन्होंने करके दिखाया कि लोगो की निष्ठा सिर्फ राजनीतिक धोखाबाजी और धोखेबाजी के धूर्ततापूर्ण खेल से नहीं जीती जा सकती है, बल्कि वः नैतिक रूप से उत्कृष्ट जीवन का जीवंत उदाहरण बनकर भी हासिल की जा सकती है’.
उन्होंने आगे लिखा, ‘पूरी दुनिया में गांधी के प्रति जो श्रद्धा रखी गई, वह अधिकतर हमारे अवचेतन में दबी इसी स्वीकारोक्ति पर आघारित थी कि नैतिक पतन के हमारे युग में वे अकेले ऐसे स्टेट्समैन थे, जिन्होंने राजनीतिक क्षेत्र में भी मानवीय संबंधों की उच्चस्तरीय संकल्पना का प्रतिनिधित्व किया जिसे हासिल करने की कामना हमें अपनी पूरी शक्ति लगाकर अवश्य ही करनी चाहिए. हमें यह कठिन सबक सिखाना ही चाहिए की मानव जाति का भविष्य सहनीय केवल तभी होगा, जब अन्य सभी मामलों की तरह ही वैश्विक मामलों में भी हमारा कार्य न्याय और कानून पर आधारित होगा, न कि ताकत के खुले आतंक पर, जैसा कि अभी तक सचमुच रहा है.’
